Convertly Terms of Service
Effective Date: June 3, 2024
By using Convertly’s service, you agree to the following terms:
1. The Service
Convertly provides a cloud-based platform for product teams. All user content uploaded or shared is the responsibility of the customer. Customers have access to the service for internal use only, and the underlying code or software will not be provided.
2. Subscription
Customers can purchase subscriptions as described on Convertly’s website. Subscriptions are limited to authorized users for business purposes only.
3. Ownership
Convertly retains all rights to its platform, content, and technology. No implied licenses are granted.
4. Permissions
Customers are responsible for managing user permissions within the service.
5. Third-Party Applications
Convertly may integrate with third-party apps, but customers are responsible for their use of these apps.
6. Fees and Payment
Customers must pay the subscription fees as outlined. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Convertly may change fees with prior notice, and customers can choose not to renew.
7. Term and Termination
The agreement begins upon subscription start and continues until the subscription period ends. Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party breaches the terms and does not resolve it within 30 days.
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
Convertly provides the service “as is” without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties.
9. Limitation of Liability
Convertly is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, and liability will not exceed the fees paid by the customer in the past 12 months.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect each other’s confidential information. Feedback provided by the customer to improve the service can be used by Convertly.
11. Data
Convertly processes customer data as needed to provide the service. Customers are responsible for securing their data.
12. General Terms
This agreement is governed by the laws of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in New Castle County, Delaware. Notices will be sent via email, and either party may update their terms by providing 30 days’ notice.
